Engineering Trainer

Job Description: Technical Trainer specializing in Engineering and Maintenance Skills within the Pharmaceutical Industry:ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance engineering and maintenance skills across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include: Training Program Development : Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops. Training Delivery : Conduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff. Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols. Unit Operations Expertise : In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation). And process equipment maintenance. Familiarity with maintenance practices, including predictive and corrective maintenance. Quality and Compliance : Emphasize adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations. Monitor compliance during training delivery. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in technical training or engineering roles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
