Electronics and Coding Instructor
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Electronics and Coding Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and coding, with experience in classroom teaching or similar instructional roles. This position offers an opportunity to inspire and educate students of various ages, fostering their interest in STEM fields through engaging lessons and hands-on activities. The instructor will be responsible for developing curriculum, delivering lessons, and supporting students in their learning journey.
Duties
Design and deliver engaging lessons on electronics, coding, and related STEM topics tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Prepare instructional materials, including projects, demonstrations, and assessments
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects
Provide individualized support to students who need additional help or guidance
Collaborate with other educators to develop new course content and improve existing programs
Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to safety protocols during hands-on activities
Stay current with advancements in electronics and coding technologies to ensure relevant instruction
Qualifications
Prior classroom experience or teaching experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of electronics, coding languages (such as Python, Arduino, JavaScript), and STEM principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Passion for education and inspiring students in STEM fields
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with learners of all ages
Relevant certifications or degrees in Electronics, Computer Science, Education, or related fields are a plus

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
