Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
Business develop – sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills

Ability to help customers from all walks of life
Excellent communications skills
Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
Strong digital and administration skills
Positive and energetic attitude a must
