Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Internal Communication

● Manage various online channels – Career Site, LinkedIn Company Pages, Facebook, Twitter and Glassdoor etc. to establish a strong employer brand

● Create a compelling content strategy to attract and engage top-notch talent

● Write blogs, articles and work closely with the PR team to write press releases & authored articles

● Manage Online Employer Reputation

● Manage campus relations and lead connect initiatives

● Responsible for internal communication

Qualifications:

● Experience: 1-2 years

● Background in creating content across digital platforms

● Sound understanding of digital landscape and platforms

● Prior experience in employer branding is highly desirable

● MBA in Marketing / B.Tech with Marketing Experience is desirable
