Key Responsibilities HR Operations
Reviewing and implementing company policies and maintaining internal HR systems with respect to employee's life cycle and records for audit.
Rewards and recognition for employees.
Manage internal communication
-formal and informal interventions for employee engagement. Resolving all employee-related issues and queries. Counselling employees as and when required.
Compliance
Ensuring 100% compliance under all the applicable Employment & Labour Laws for payroll, establishment and project related.
Creating SOP for no NC on compliance .
Managing all empaneled vendors/ stakeholders of clients handling statutory compliances.
Facilities management
Review and support administration to manage the key deliverables within the scope of work for facilities management services for better employee experience.
Disciplinary
Handling the disciplinary cases
Anchoring the governance responsibility for IR/ER owned policies/guidelines/processes including creation of SOPs.
Conducting trainings to educate committee members & employees on various acts.
Maintaining harmonious relationship across the project site.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education al Qualification
MBA in HR ( with diploma in industrial relations will be preferred) from good institute, LLB/LLM will be an advantage.

Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience on the role
