Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for conceptualizing ,implementing, and ensuring participation in the assigned portfolio under employee engagement.
2. Oversee the planning and delivery of each of the initiatives and events to drive higher engagement across the organization
3. Publish the engagement dashboard to all stakeholders
4. Review and revise the plan
5. Implement the agreed central plan and calendar
6. Liase with internal stakeholders
7. Work closely with respective vertical HRRM
8. Publish dashboards and review the plan periodically
