As an Embedded Systems Engineer at Dentic World, you will:
• Design, develop, and test embedded firmware for smart dental devices and oral care hardware products
• Work on microcontroller-based (ARM Cortex, ESP32, STM32, AVR etc.) systems for dental/medical applications
• Develop firmware for sensor integration — including IMU, pressure sensors, ultrasonic transducers, optical sensors, and biosensors used in dental diagnostics
• Implement BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), Wi-Fi, and NFC-based wireless communication protocols for connected dental devices
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, industrial design, and clinical teams to integrate electronics into compact, ergonomic form factors
• Develop and debug PCB-level hardware, work with schematics and circuit design in collaboration with hardware engineers
• Write clean, well-documented, real-time firmware (RTOS-based where applicable) for prototype and production-grade dental devices
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) builds and iterative prototype testing in collaboration with the INDQ Product Design Studio
• Interface with dental SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and clinicians to understand clinical requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure compliance considerations for medical-grade embedded systems (IEC 62304, ISO 13485 awareness preferred)
• Contribute to Bill of Materials (BOM), design reviews, and technical documentation
