We work closely with our clients to optimize their complete digital marketing strategy across the various paid and organic channels. Roles and responsibilities: · Build out automated email flows into templates with creative using HTML, CSS & Klaviyo tools· Build out audiences & marketing to drive up LTV, repurchase rate of existing customer base· Build out SMS marketing campaigns (broadcast & flows)· Own testing opt in banners to drive up sign up rates· Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements to achieve campaign objectives· Stay abreast with latest developments in email marketing field· Work with creative team in developing effective messaging strategies and creating compelling email designs· Work closely with the other team members to meet client goalsRequirements and Qualifications: · 3+ years experience in email with html, css, template, audience expertise· Experience building lifecycle automated flow campaigns to drive engagement & LTV· Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Marketing, Communication and Technology· Good analytical and quantitative skills, with results-orientation and ability to recommend data-driven decisions.· Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.· Fanatical when it comes to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth organization and will be able to effectively prioritize the most impactful and important work on your plate and deliver on time.· Self-starter who takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, continuously learn new concepts and innovate.· Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skillshttp://neirondigital.com/services
