Job Description
● Salary: 2 LPA - 4 LPA (Pay is based on experience, seniority and will be taken into account if you pass the early stages of assessment).
Adbuffs is a performance marketing agency specializing in Google, Facebook, Amazon, Shopify, Email marketing, Social Media Consultancy and Search Marketing Consultancy.
As an Email Marketer for our clients, you'll work closely with internal and external partners (CXOs,Media Buyers,Designer,Copywriters,Strategist) delivering top notch performance marketing services.
You'll work closely with our client, and ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiencies in the creation and deployment of that client's campaigns.
● Salary: 2 LPA - 4 LPA (Pay is based on experience, seniority and will be taken into account if you pass the early stages of assessment).
Job Description:
• Create Email Strategy.
• Collaborate proactively with the design and copy team for email designs and copy.
• Create lists for campaigns.
• Setup email campaigns in Klaviyo /WebEngage/Mailchimp etc Email marketing tools.
• Setup workflows.
• Create personas for campaigns.
• Create Drip campaigns.
• Set up mass emails for newsletters.
• Track the performance of email campaigns.
• Lead scoring setup in the tool.
• Defining KPIs and performance metrics to track these campaigns and report the results on an ongoing basis
BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
• Ability to research and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deep knowledge of Automation techniques, online marketing platform tools, and best practices.
• Ability to create lead generation and nurture campaigns.
• Tremendous attention to detail.
• Methodical approach and critical view of activities.
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute meaningfully to brainstorming sessions

Candidates willing to move to Kolkata will be preferred.
● Working days & Job Timings:
Monday - Friday, from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
