Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience to lead our email marketing strategy and execution. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of email marketers and creating, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an email marketing strategy that aligns with our overall marketing objectives.
• Manage a team of email marketers and provide guidance on email campaign creation, segmentation, and targeting.
• Create and manage email lists and segment them based on customer profiles and behaviors.
• Develop compelling email content that engages customers and drives conversions.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates.
• Use A/B testing to optimize email campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other email marketing regulations.
• Identify and implement new technologies and trends to improve email marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in email marketing.
• Experience managing a team of email marketers.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive email copy.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
• Knowledge of email marketing regulations and GDPR compliance.
• Good understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
