Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electronics & Communication Equipment (System) Trainer to deliver specialized technical training programs. The ideal candidate will mentor Technicians, Engineers and Personnel from User Department, bridging theoretical concepts with hands-on practical applications in core engineering domains.
· Conduct comprehensive training sessions on electronics and communication systems, equipment, and implementation practices.
· Design, update, and deliver structured curriculum tailored for employees and personnels from end user department.
· Provide hands-on guidance on hardware implementation, system troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
· Evaluate trainee progress, offer constructive feedback, and ensure skill alignment with current industry standards.
· Periodic training sessions and quality
