• Ensure clear communication with customers, document service actions comprehensively, and adhere to company safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting acquired through military service, technical roles, or positions in manufacturing related to aircraft, vessels, ground support equipment, vehicles, or industrial machinery.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and use diagnostic test instruments effectively.
• Willingness to relocate to various regions (Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Midwest, Southwest, West, Northwest) as opportunities arise.
• Comfortable with extensive overnight travel throughout the United States.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for professional representation at customer sites.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive total compensation generally ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 annually, influenced by experience, overtime, and travel; specific opportunities may differ.
