You will lead the engineering and testing of Medium Voltage products and equipment within the MVO India Hub.
Responsibilities
• Lead technical activity and new feature development for Medium Voltage products and equipment.
• Define product roadmaps and participate in new product development cycles.
• Collect requirements from country front offices and implement them into product designs.
• Support field service and quality teams by performing root cause analysis on field failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Industrialization, Factory, and Supply Chain.
• Manage prototype development and coordinate with internal or external laboratories for testing.
Required Skills
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in design and development of Medium Voltage products or equipment.
• Proficiency in Creo for mechanical design.
• Strong application of GD&T and experience creating manufacturing drawings with DFM knowledge.
• Experience managing product lifecycles through PDM/PLM systems.
• Competency in DFMEA and robust design processes such as VOC to CTQ and Pugh Matrix.
• Ability to prepare product verification plans and evaluate testing data against relevant standards.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
