Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electrical Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in power plant projects. The position is based in Vadodara, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include designing and developing electrical systems, managing power distribution, implementing power system solutions, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The role also requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
• Comprehensive understanding of Electricity, Power Distribution, and Power Systems
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills in a power plant setting
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools related to electrical engineering
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment blending on-site and remote work
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with power plant projects, including design, implementation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and regulatory requirements is a plus
