Job Summary
Winsol Hybrid Power Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Engineer – Solar freshers to join our growing renewable energy team. The selected candidates will assist in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems while gaining hands-on experience in solar engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
• Support electrical calculations, cable sizing, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
• Participate in site surveys, installation supervision, and system commissioning.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues related to solar PV systems.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and installation teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Stay updated with the latest solar technologies, industry standards, and regulations.
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, or electrical design software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
