Electrical BIM Modeler
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical BIM Modeler to develop accurate electrical BIM models and drawings for building projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and update electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Model electrical systems including lighting, power, cable trays, and containment.
• Prepare electrical layouts, shop drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
• Follow project standards and deliver models within deadlines.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and basic BIM concepts.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and construction drawings.
• Good coordination and attention to detail.
• Experience with Navisworks is an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹19,261.36 - ₹60,177.73 per month
