The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the educational and pastoral needs of our students, working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
* Supervising students during breaks and lunchtimes
* Providing additional support to students who require it
* Contributing to the development of whole-school initiatives and programs aimed at promoting student well-being and achievement
You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, ensure the smooth running of classroom activities, and promote a positive attitude towards learning and teaching.
