Position: Educational Counselor(Marathi)

currently looking for a talented Telecaller (Education Counsellor) to join our innovative and
passionate team. This is a full-time, opportunity that promises not just a job but a path to

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Call and counsel students on their education queries.

● Share information about colleges, exams, and application processes.

● Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads.

● Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

● Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges.

● Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

● Good communication skills in Marathi and English and Hindi.

● Confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets.

● Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.

● Prior experience in sales/telecalling/education counselling preferred.

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Requirements (Must)

● Must have a working phone and laptop

● Should be able to make 150+ calls daily

+:30 AM to 6:30 PM

● Salary:
Rs.8,000/month + Uncapped Incentives (Rs.10,000-Rs.12,000 per month. Depending on basis of
target achieved.)
