Full job description
IMTS Institute is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counsellors to guide and assist students in choosing the right educational programs. The role involves student interaction, understanding career goals, and recommending suitable courses based on their profile and interest.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and in-person
Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs
Follow up on leads and maintain proper communication till conversion
Explain course details, fee structures, and admission procedures
Maintain and update student information in the CRM system
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team goals
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and target-driven attitude
Ability to understand and empathize with student needs
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
