About the Role
You will be responsible for the management of all EDI and manual orders through SAP for our valued wholesale and boutique customers including Myer and The Iconic etc.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining efficient core and fashion order management through manual data entry and EDI on all orders
Processing, allocating and tracking of all orders including returns
Investigating and resolving errors and order related issues within SAP
Managing customer service enquiries via email and telephone
Running relevant reports and distributing accordingly
About You
Previous experience within an order management customer service role for a retail/wholesaler
Previous experience liaising with major accounts including Myer, David Jones, The Iconic etc.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail especially with data entry
