Job Description
We are a growing ecommerce business supplying high-quality health & personal care and kitchenware products to customers across the UK. Our mission is to offer exceptional products and experiences that improve everyday life. We're now looking for a talented SEO Specialist to help us grow our online presence and organic traffic in the UK market.
Role Overview
As our Ecommerce SEO Specialist, you will manage and execute SEO strategies across our ecommerce websites. You’ll be responsible for improving keyword rankings, boosting visibility on Google UK, and optimising site performance. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who understands the UK search landscape and has a proven track record in ecommerce SEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct UK-focused keyword research across health, personal care, and kitchenware niches
• Optimise product listings, category pages, landing pages, and blog content
• Carry out technical SEO audits and resolve performance issues
• Improve site crawlability, speed, and indexing
• Implement and manage off-page SEO/link-building strategies
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to align SEO goals
• Keep up with the latest trends and algorithm updates (Google UK focused)
Requirements
• 2+ years of proven experience in ecommerce SEO
• Experience working with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Understanding of the UK ecommerce market and Google UK SERP behaviour
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and a proactive mindset
Desirable (Not Essential)
• Previous SEO experience in the health, personal care or kitchenware space
• Knowledge of schema markup / structured data
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or content management systems
• Awareness of GDPR and UK cookie compliance as it relates to SEO and analytics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
