We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager to oversee and grow our relationships with key Australian ecommerce partners, including Amazon and leading independent ecommerce retailers (Centrecom, Scorptec, Mwave, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with partners, driving sales, optimizing product listings, managing promotions, and ensuring smooth operations across all partner platforms. This role will manage the Australian DTC store (netgear.com.au). This role also manages the Australian distributors for Home networking and Mobiles business units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key ecommerce partners in Australia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner vendor/category segment managers.
Negotiate terms, promotions, and marketing opportunities to maximize sales.
2. Sales Growth Performance Optimization:
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share across partner platforms.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
Optimize product listings (SEO, content, imagery) to improve conversion rates.
3. Inventory Order Management:
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Resolve order fulfillment issues in collaboration with operations teams.
4. Promotions Marketing Coordination:
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (discounts, bundles, and marketplace deals).
Work with marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts (Sponsored Ads, email campaigns).
Track ROI on promotions and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Data Analysis Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.
Use analytics tools (Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, etc.) to derive insights.
Provide recommendations based on data to improve performance.
6. Management of Distribution:
Coordinate with distributors to maintain stock availability.
Place orders promptly to avoid stockouts.
Develop strategies with distributors to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
7. Compliance Operational Excellence:
Ensure compliance with partner policies (pricing, listing, and shipping requirements).
Resolve disputes, chargebacks, and customer service issues in collaboration with support teams.
