We are looking for an outstanding Customer Experience Representative to join our team at AsureQuality. This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week from Monday through to Friday. In this role you will interact with a range of internal and external customers, responding to inbound email inquiries, entering customer records into a range of databases including LIMS(Laboratory Information Management System), Microsoft CRM and our newly introduced Customer Support Platform, helping our journey of Continuous Improvement. You will also support various Business Development projects. We are on a journey to enhance our customer experience to ensure we remain industry leaders. A very exciting time to join AsureQuality.
