Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Recruiting Specialist at GITS Solutions in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. This role involves finding candidates with the right skills and experience to support our clients' ecommerce projects and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
• Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in training and development
• An understanding of ecommerce industry trends and best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in IT staffing or recruitment is a plus
