Pinkvilla team is looking for a dynamic, smart, talented Intern to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our digital products. As a E-commerce Operational Executive at 17 Looms, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operational tasks and ensuring the seamless functioning of our e-commerce platform. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of fashion e-commerce.

Pinkvilla is one of the largest digital websites in the entertainment, lifestyle and fashion categories with 30 million unique users and 21 million social media followers. Crafted by Pinkvilla, 17 Looms is an E-Commerce platform that will focus on the rich textile legacy of India, bringing to life creations inspired by centuries-old textile traditions.
Based in: Andheri West - Mumbai, India.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational requirements of the 17 Looms website.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards.
• Responsible for managing orders, packaging, and shipping processes.
• Managing & Co-ordinating with Customer related queries on the website.
• Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders
• Conducting research and sourcing of vendors and products.
• Work closely with the internal team to support various operational tasks.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of fashion trends and possess a basic aesthetic sense.
• Proactively contribute to a dynamic work environment, offering innovative ideas and solutions.
Requirements:
• 2-3E years of Experience
• Passion for fashion and e-commerce.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and operations is a plus.
