Rogue Royalty and RogueRaw are fast-growing Australian eCommerce and retail brands specialising in premium canine gear, accessories, and natural raw nutrition. We're looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive team member who wants more than just a job.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy retail and eCommerce business.
You'll be involved across customer service, Shopify management, order fulfilment, inventory control, administration, and business systems.
No two days are the same. One moment you may be responding to customer enquiries, the next updating products on Shopify, processing orders, assisting customers in-store, or helping improve business systems and processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat, and in-store
Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, orders, and general enquiries
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Manage returns, exchanges, and customer resolutions
eCommerce & Systems
Maintain and update Shopify products, collections, pages, and content
Configure and manage business apps and integrations
Assist with automations, workflows, FAQs, and customer communication systems
Support improvements to business processes and systems
Monitor website content and ensure information remains accurate and up to date
Operations & Fulfilment
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Support stocktakes and supplier coordination
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
Help ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
Administration
Data entry and reporting
General business administration
Assisting with inventory, purchasing, and operational tasks
Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Shopify remains organised and up to date
Inventory records are accurate
