Primary Responsibilty:
The role involves managing accounts on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart.
We are looking for an E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and manage our seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart. This role will involve end-to-end account management, including product listing, optimization, campaign management, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart.
• Product Listing & Optimization: Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales.
• Keyword Research: Conduct SEO-focused keyword research for listing optimization.
• Advertising & Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize ads to maximize ROI.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and pricing to stay competitive.
• Pricing & Sales Strategy: Set pricing, offers, and manage seasonal sales.
• MIS & Analytics: Track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Inventory & Operations Management: Handle inventory, returns, claims, and other backend operations.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart account management.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about growth and continuous learning.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
