Responsible for developing and growing Ecommerce Operations thru the marketplace and developing the company's own eCommerce portal.
Digital Marketing thru Social Media campaigns, SEO, Paid to advertise, competitors analysis, and optimizing ROI.
Accountable for Sales promotion of furniture, Home Dcor, and Kitchen articles on Major eCommerce portals /Marketplaces which include Amazon. in, Flipkart.com, Papperfy, and more, and subsequently on www.aakaar.co.in
Adding and Managing Catalogue listing and stocks on all major marketplaces
Responsible for sales and revenue generation
Set up face-to-face AND /OR virtual meetings with the Portals Category team to plan and forecast monthly sales and develop action plans to boost sales
Planning Promotion activities (Money off, a percentage discount, etc) , advertisements (Sponsored Products ads, Sponsored Brands ads, Sponsored Display ads, campaign optimizations).
Responsible for Social media marketing, affiliate marketing, customer services, and influencer marketing.
Creating and maintaining an online business plan, strategies, promotional events, and discounted events.
Interacting with marketplaces for matters related to payments, product uploads, changes to listings, and stock updates.
Monitoring sales, returns, and updating accounts
Resolving customer queries related to item delivery, return, replacement, payment method, and product information.
Master sheet creation, content management, reviewing listing and their performance
Planning Promotion activities (Money off, a percentage discount, etc) , advertisements (Sponsored Products ads, Sponsored Brands ads, Sponsored Display ads, campaign optimizations).
Monitoring sales, and returns, and updating accounts.
Generate Business through B2B marketing leveraging Indiamart and TradeIndia websites
Resolving customer queries related to item delivery, return, replacement, payment method, and product information.
Creating and developing a long-term plan and various marketing strategies for the development of the Brand.
Planning and Forecast monthly sales.
Manage Paid advertising and ensure high ROI.
Creating and Managing AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter campaigns
Bidding Optimization with respect to competition for keywords and business domains.

Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.

They have the capabilities of manufacturing small components to large-scale products combining Metal ,wood,stone and glass . Having 25 yrs of a successful track record of manufacturing and marketing products in India and overseas.
As part of their growth and diversification plans, they recently commissioned a World Class, state-of- the- art fully automatic PSBB Production Line from Italy. The material flow of Punching, Shearing, Buffering, and Bending system PSBB can be automated with different modules to manufacture Sheet Metal Components and sheet metal equipment to be supplied to small, medium, large scale, and Multinational Consumer and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across India. Sprawling over 1.5 Lac sqft of area, the two factories have a workforce of more than 400 people in different departments.
