Ecommerce Marketing Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive/Manager to join our growing food brand. As an E-Commerce Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels and growing our online presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain our online stores on various platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other e-commerce platforms available in India
• Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to increase online sales, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Conduct market research and analyze online sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize our online presence
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute product launches and promotions online
• Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date, and manage product inventory and fulfillment processes
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews and take necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing online sales channels and growing online sales
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify and other e-commerce platforms available in India
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market research to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
