The Role
You will be responsible for :
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, ensuring product/service listings, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Continuously improve the website's user experience, navigation, and functionality to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features as needed.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate online sales.
• Manage online advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Optimise product/service descriptions, images, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Analyse and interpret web analytics data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience from product discovery to checkout, focusing on reducing friction and optimising customer journey.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to online purchases.
• Implement effective customer retention strategies such as personalised email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer feedback collection.
• Monitor customer reviews and ratings, and take appropriate actions to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance, sales trends, customer behaviour, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Ideal Profile
• Should have knowledge & hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho seller account management.
• Should have 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce Handling.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations and driving online sales.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in the service industry and product-based retail is highly desirable.
