About the job:
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage daily ecommerce operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will coordinate with logistics partners, monitor inventory, handle customer queries, and support end-to-end order processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and fulfill customer orders received through ecommerce platforms and website.
• Coordinate with shipping and courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all sales channels.
• Track and manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and prepare related reports.
• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases by coordinating with customers and logistics partners.
• Respond to customer queries related to orders, shipments, exchanges, returns, and products.
• Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Generate daily and weekly reports related to sales, inventory, returns, and deliveries.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and improving customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of ecommerce operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of courier management and inventory tracking.
• Understanding of RTO and NDR processes.
Qualifications
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Prior ecommerce experience will be an added advantage.
