E-COMMERCE DISPATCH COORDINATOR
Job description:-
Experience in E commerce Inventory maintenance & Stock Management Experience in handling E commerce_ Return Stock Management Knowledge of Uniware knowledge of E commerce Portal Knowledge of Google Sheets Knowledge of E Commerce Dispatch Documentation_ Experience of E commerce Online Order Processing Experience of handling E commerce Team Knowledge of Bar Code generation Knowledge of Channel Sales (Flip-kart, Amazon, Tatacliq, Pepper fry etc)Ability to work independently.
Order Verification:
-Thoroughly inspect and verify products to ensure they meet quality standards.
-Cross-check orders against packing lists and invoices for accuracy.
Labeling and Packaging:
-Check accurate and legible labels to each product, including barcodes, SKU codes, and shipping labels.
-Check package products in accordance with company standards to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch Coordination:
-Prioritize orders based on shipping method, destination, and urgency.
-Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Inventory Management:
-Maintain accurate records of dispatched products and update inventory systems accordingly.
-Report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant departments.
Timely Dispatch:
-Ensure all ecommerce orders are dispatched within specified timeframes to meet customer expectations.
-Monitor shipping schedules and expedite as necessary to meet urgent requests.
Communication:
-Maintain clear and open communication with the ecommerce team, logistics, and customer service to address any issues or special instructions related to dispatches.
Quality Assurance:
-Conduct routine checks to guarantee products are free from defects, and report any quality issues to the appropriate departments.
Compliance and Safety:
-Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling products and equipment.
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
