Job Description
We’re excited to share an opportunity for a passionate and commercially minded eCommerce Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team at our Parnell Head Office.
If you love turning data into action, are curious about how customers shop online, and use AI tools to work smarter, this role offers genuine ownership across key digital channels, and real influence over how we connect with customers across NZ and Australia.
As our eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll own our CRM and email strategy through Klaviyo, support the growth of our paid channels, and help optimise the online customer journey to drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Own Klaviyo end-to-end: campaigns, segmentation, automation, flows, and reporting, driving retention and lifetime value across NZ and AU.
Support Google Ads performance alongside our agency partner, building toward full ownership of paid channels.
Maintain Google Merchant Centre, product feeds, and website content, keeping everything accurate and aligned with business priorities.
Support SEO and AI search visibility, improving discoverability across search engines and AI platforms.
Analyse performance using GA4, Klaviyo, Profit Peak, and AI/automation tools, turning insights into recommendations.
Monitor customer behaviour, competitors, and industry trends, bringing ideas back to improve our digital experience.
Partner with Customer Care to spot online pain points and improve customer journeys and website experience.
Support the eCommerce calendar, delivering campaigns, promotions, launches, and key trading moments.
Continuously test, learn, and optimise to improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience.
This role is designed to grow; your responsibilities will expand as our digital capability does.
ABOUT YOU:
2+ years’ experience in eCommerce, CRM/lifecycle, or digital marketing, agency or brand side.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms: campaigns, segmentation, and automated journeys.
Strong grasp of eCommerce principles, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
Confident with data and analytics, turning insights into clear recommendations.
Skilled with AI tools and prompting to work faster and smarter.
Comfortable collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams.
Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and learns fast.
Curious, with a genuine test-and-learn mindset.
A related qualification is a plus, but practical experience matters more.
