Job Description for the post of E-Commerce Accountant
• Manage all accounting operations including Invoicing, A/R, A/P & GLs.
• Manage month and year-end close processes, and prepare timely financial statements.
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end audits of 3rd party service providers, including vendor selection and monthly review of payments versus activity.
• familiar with the E-Invoice generation.
• Work cross-functionally with the finance team to ensure pricing and sales order and other documents’ accuracy.
• Oversee processes from order to cash for eCommerce, working cross-functionally, ensuring that sales orders, 3PL requests, invoices, and all other order-related documents are appropriately actioned (shipped, paid, etc.) or otherwise closed out (cancelled, written off when appropriate, etc). Call out any unactioned items and assist with the resolution, as necessary.
• Maintain price list for eCommerce channel.
• Provide support and assistance with audits, tax returns, budgets and forecasts, and financial reporting.
• · Four Years of Practical Knowledge of ERP Tally.
• · Knowledge of Excel with advanced commands like Vlookup/If(Logics)/Pivot Table
• · Maintenance of regular books of accounts including Sale/Purchase/Expenses/Cash/Bank.
• · Reconciliation of Payables and receivables.
• · Bank Reconciliation.
• · Practical Knowledge of TDS and GST including returns.
• · Knowledge of online business accounting.
• Import Export Invoicing including reporting in GSTR.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
