Job Description
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) to join our Infant & Toddler (IT) program starting January 5, 2026.

Position Details
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Work Schedule: Full time or Part-Time(Wednesdays and Thursdays required)
Work Language: English
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
Work Setting: Child Care Centre
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
Lead engaging activities such as storytelling, singing songs, arts and crafts, and outdoor experiences
Provide opportunities for children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity
Guide and support children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toileting habits
Observe and assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs, and communicate progress or concerns with parents and team members
Establish and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers
Plan and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment that supports the well-being of all children
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) Certificate (required in British Columbia)
Criminal Record Check
Up-to-date Immunization Records
