Job Description
• Responsible for sourcing new files for home loans through various channels.
• Responsible for achieving the disbursement targets.
• Responsible for business development activities for Home Loans with a focus on affordable/mass affluent segments in the assigned location.
• Responsible for complete documentation required for processing the loan applications.
• Responsible for Collections.
• Home Loan sales exp. in the local market through direct sourcing and other sources.
• A good client connects (Builders /Connectors) in the geography.
• Familiar with App based login and disbursement process.
