The role involves identifying and securing top talent across leadership levels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process. The HR Recruiter Freelance will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to match the organization's needs.
Qualifications
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Interviewing and Screening skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
