Partner with Families, honouring them as a child’s first and most important community
Uphold Excellence by embedding national early childhood principles in everything you do
The Role - Educator:

Building warm, trusting relationships with families
Promoting children’s rights, wellbeing and joy
Being part of a team that reflects, grows and collaborates
About You:
You bring heart, curiosity and a passion for early learning
You also have:
Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or studying)
A commitment to child and cultural safety
An understanding of reporting obligations
A collaborative, inclusive approach
