Description
About the Role We are currently seeking a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our 3–5-year-old Kindergarten program. This is a full-time role with a rotating roster between 7:15am–6:00pm. As part of our dedicated and nurturing team, you will:
Support and contribute to a high-quality educational program under the guidance of the Room leader
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Collaborate with others to meet the developmental needs of all children
Assist with the smooth daily operations of the room, ensuring alignment with regulations and centre policies
About You We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced educator who:
Has a minimum of 5 years' experience working with children, including those with additional needs
Demonstrates effective behaviour guidance strategies
Works well in a team and responds positively to direction
Communicates clearly and professionally with families and colleagues
Is punctual, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to routines

Qualifications
Required Qualifications Certifications:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection training
Food Handling Certificate
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, NQF, and Child Safe Standards

Additional Requirements
Minimum 5 Years experience. Room Leader experience preferable
