A 3-month paid training and mentorship program where you will:
Lead a journey of personal growth and transformation
Learn directly inside classrooms
Be supported by experienced mentor educators
Reflect, question, and grow — without being rushed or left alone
Learn and apply theories of Child development
Understand Educational philosophy and values
Become emotionally aware
Learn Curriculum planning and classroom facilitation
Undergo personality development through regular feedback sessions
Get understanding of different pedagogical approaches
Be part of sessions from TEDx speaker
Role Progression and Compensation Structure
0–3 months Trainee Educator
Monthly stipend of ₹8,000 + certification upon successful completion + attendance bonus.
3–6 months Assistant Teacher
Monthly salary of ₹10,000, with increased classroom involvement, assisted facilitation, and continued mentoring support.
6–12 months Lead Activity Teacher
Monthly salary of ₹12,000, with responsibility for independently planning and facilitating activities, and deeper engagement with curriculum design.
Second year onwards Class Lead
Role transition into classroom leadership, with salary increment based on performance, readiness, and responsibility.
Certification & Additional Bonus
Certificate of completion after 3 months
Salary revision after 3 months based on performance
Further growth opportunity after 6 months
Leadership position after the completion of one year
Strong mentoring relationships and professional references
Festival gifts and vouchers
Attendance bonus
