Type: Full-time Traineeship

At Wonder Garden, we are looking for dynamic team members to join our traineeship program at both of our centres.

What we are looking for:

Applicants that are over 18 years of age and have a valid working with children check (WWCC)

Strong work ethic and team spirit

Passion for supporting young children’s growth and development

Ability to build nurturing relationships with children and families

Commitment to creating safe, stimulating learning environments

About the Traineeship:

This is an 18-month program

Mentoring and support from experienced educators

Regular study time scheduled within your work roster

Career pathways available for successful trainees

No prior experience required, just bring your enthusiasm and commitment to grow!
