Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of surveillance agents, ensuring high quality of monitoring, maintaining SLA compliance, and driving team performance. Because this role requires a deep understanding of local team dynamics, prior agent-level experience in the Mohali market is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Supervision: Monitor, mentor, and drive a team of surveillance/monitoring agents to meet daily operational targets.
• SLA & Quality Management: Audit incident logs, review flagged footage for accuracy, and ensure the team maintains zero-lag response times.
• Roster & Attendance: Manage team shift schedules, leaves, and floor discipline to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage.
• Escalation Management: Serve as the first point of contact for technical glitches, critical security alerts, or complex incidents.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for the client’s upper management.
Technical & Soft Skills Required
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR setups, or remote monitoring software is highly preferred.
• Strong command over English (for reporting) along with Hindi and Punjabi (for team management).
• Excellent conflict resolution and team motivation skills.
