Job description
Wanted a Lady EA for the CEO. The objective is to take some responsibility of work from the owner and get it done smoothly.
Fluency in written and spoken English is must.
Following up on various tasks as instructed by the CEO and ensuring timely completion of the work
Taking care of mails and phone calls of the CEO
Organising and documenting papers and reports in a proper way for the CEO both in written format as well as excel, word, etc
Coordinating with various people on behalf of the CEO
Calendar and travel managemment
Basic working knowledge of accounts would be an asset.
Timings would be from 10.30 to 7.00
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
