Job Description

Responsibilities
• Build digital courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Program interactive elements, quizzes, assessments, and assignments.
• Embed multimedia content into courses.
• Ensure course functionality and user experience in the LMS.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to implement course designs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong technical skills for course development and programming.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to eLearning quality.
• Understanding of instructional design principles for eLearning.
