As we expand our digital presence globally, we’re seeking a skilled Ecommerce Manager with expertise in Etsy and working knowledge of Shopify to join our core team and drive growth through online platforms.
Job Description:
As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on Etsy and Shopify. You’ll handle product listings, drive conversions, implement marketing strategies, and ensure seamless order management and customer experience. Your work will directly contribute to our revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Etsy Account Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-rich titles and descriptions.
Manage customer queries, reviews, and resolution processes professionally.
Track sales data, implement shop updates, and maintain high performance scores.
Shopify Coordination:
Assist in maintaining and updating the Shopify store (basic product uploads, image management, and content editing).
Ensure consistency in branding across platforms.
Collaborate with developers/designers for site improvements.
Marketing & Optimization:
Coordinate with the marketing team to align Etsy promotions, coupons, and SEO strategies.
Monitor ad campaigns (if applicable) and analyze performance metrics to recommend improvements.
Research and adapt to platform algorithm changes and customer trends.
Order & Inventory Coordination:
Ensure timely order processing and communication with inventory teams.
Monitor stock levels to prevent overselling or missed opportunities.
Assist with fulfillment coordination and quality control.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in managing Etsy shops.
Working knowledge of Shopify is a must.
Strong understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and online retail best practices.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience in the jewelry or luxury products industry is a plus.
