Roles and Responsibilities
Job Profile: Lead a team of HR Business Partners to align Human Resources strategy with business objectives. This involves working closely with stakeholders to enhance productivity, reduce attrition, and develop the organization.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) for strategic planning, including manpower allocation, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. Analyze data from HR Analytics to inform people plans and drive business outcomes. Additionally, oversee performance management, engagement initiatives, and reward programs to foster a positive work environment.
