What You'll Be Working On

Vendor Onboarding Integration You'll oversee the complete journey for new vendors joining our dropship platform, ensuring they're supported through contracting, setup, data upload, compliance, and go-live stages.

Performance SLA Monitoring You'll track onboarding timelines and ensure vendors meet our SLA targets for time-to-launch, data accuracy, and fulfilment readiness. Post-launch, you'll monitor vendor performance metrics and provide visibility through regular reporting, escalating risks when needed.

Team Leadership Managing your team of 8 specialists (7 Data Onboarding Specialists and 1 Operational Support Specialist), you'll coach them to deliver exceptional onboarding outcomes. You'll set clear priorities, provide meaningful feedback, and drive continuous improvement across all onboarding operations whilst maintaining resources and training tools.

Compliance Oversight You'll support the compliance onboarding process, working with our Quality team to ensure all vendors provide required documentation for regulated products, maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Stakeholder Engagement As the central contact point for onboarding progress, you'll collaborate closely with Category and Account Managers, Digital and Online Fulfilment teams, ensuring every vendor launch sets them up for long-term success.

What Type of Person Will Succeed

You're an experienced professional with at least 3 years in eCommerce, Vendor Operations, or Marketplace roles who thrives on bringing order to complexity. Your proven leadership experience shows you can guide teams to achieve ambitious goals whilst maintaining high standards.

Your strong background in vendor integration and performance monitoring means you understand what it takes to build successful partnerships. Experience with Mirakl or similar marketplace platforms would be highly valuable, as would your understanding of onboarding workflows, SLAs, and marketplace enablement.

Most importantly, you're someone who gets energised by seeing projects come to life. You enjoy the challenge of coordinating multiple moving parts and take pride in delivering results that matter to the business and your team.
