Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and vigilant Door Supervisor/Security Guard to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and patrons. You will serve as the first line of defense against unauthorized access, disturbances, and potential threats.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized entry.

- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to ensure safety.

- Assist in crowd control during events and busy times.

- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including security breaches and medical emergencies.

- Maintain clear and accurate log reports of daily activities and irregularities.

- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

- Enforce company policies and procedures with professionalism and authority.

Qualifications Requirements

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard license.

- Well groomed and presentable.

- Punctual and reliable.

- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to stay calm and act decisively in stressful situations.

- Physical fitness and alertness.

Preferred Qualifications

- First Aid and CPR certification.

- Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred.

- Experience with customer service in high-pressure environments.

- Fluent/Native English speaking.
