o Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Answers inboundoutbound customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

o Excellent communication skills

o Polite and customer service oriented

o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

o Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracySALARY:
