Annual Salary: $102,500.00 - $121,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
This compensation range is for the Domain Architect I job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $102,500 to $121,000 annually
This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals
The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for the following employment benefits: employer sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and paid personal time

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain basic-level domain reference architecture
Participate in cross domain reference architecture development
Serve as the domain architecture consultant for development teams
Participate in architecture reviews
Manage architecture exceptions for domain
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that include automated, manual, performance, and security testing
Design and maintain scalable testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Work closely with development teams to integrate testing practices into the software development lifecycle
Establish and enforce quality standards and metrics for software quality assurance
Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and ensure alignment with the organization's testing goals
Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $102,500.00 - $121,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
